Does anyone have links to some official statement? The links we have here point to personal blogs and cannot be accepted as a reliable source.

I tried google for same subject but still can not see any news like that

It was just a prank I couldnt find anything atall... The link thread starter provided was pointing to a page full of adverts so removed it... had no info on that page atall.

yes and even on google you will find some blogs and forums discussing this but there is no official statement

I think this is all a big hoax. There is no such official statement, nothing in the news (not that Indian TV news channels are even 10% trustworthy), nothing in papers.

As admin said all on personal blogs. And what decides the best national anthem? What criteria.

Don't get me wrong. I am proud to be an Indian and would love this news to be true. Unfortunately this does not like it.

There are so many reasons to feel pride to be Indian.
But this MSG is no official source.
We should not circulate such information which has no base.
