The only way you can reverse the vote or change it is if I edit the polling options and I am not the one who created it... So its upto the thread starter to let or not let others change votes.
I think preeti would still have the edit poll option live there and she can go in there and opt for the option which says allow members to change votes (somethng like that)
If you cant find it let me know I can do that for you no issues

I searched for the edit option for the poll, but theres nothing there, so i dont think it can be edited.....sorry!

@All What is this automerge prblm in posting?? my posts, which i refer to different members get merged automatically and end up in chaos fr myslf only. whats d solution??
Auto merge happens when a member posts a reply and then replies to the same thread again without some one else replying to it in the mean time.
This is in place to keep members from bumping the thread for no reason and getting undue attention from others.
What problem is it causing? If its getting really annoying create a poll in suggestions and complaints section and if you can gather enough support we can take this auto merge thing off and let every one bump their threads.
We are a democracy after all
