I just just wanted to share my experience of online booking of our Christmas trip to Goa with MakeMyTrip the other day. Their website is so messed up that it takes hours for you finish the booking process.
After numerous times of resetting, rejecting your booking because a space is not part of it's dictionary, you finally think you have made the (cheap ticket) booking, not really: in the process it resetted the date to September. Called the company to complain about this: yeah, to change the flight to December, it will cost you, RS 2000 blahblahblah; excluding the fact that the December ticket will cost you an additional Rs 7000. Oh yeah, to cancel the ticket, will still cost you RS 2000 per return ticket. After paying Rs 6000 of learning money; I hope that other people can benefit from my amazing online experience.
