My email to Hathway "Zonal Contact" in hyderabad
Hathway sent me a message to my mobile (97015*****) saying that I have not paid bills so my net is being cut off. I have called a contact person (Narsing is his name) to collect bills. He told he would send someone to collect and issue would be resolved. But it did not happen. And my net is down for past month and i am still being billed 730 bucks per month. And not to mention these guys changed my modem and along with it my customer number has changed. And narsing has no idea what my customer number is! So great, i lost my customer number so effectively call center people are useless to contact eh? So please send someone over to clear my pending bills and close my hathway connection permanently so that I can take up Tata Indicom or BSNL broadband. I am from gandhinagar by the way. I hope the form submitted by name.
Hathway sucks big time. PLEASE DONT TAKE HATHWAY BROADBAND BEFORE ITS TOO LATE
