Thread: Technology Behind The Hathway Connection

Friends,
Can anybody just let me know what's the technology behind the Hathway Broadband Connection?

The IP they provide is a static public IP but one can't run FTP/HTTP Server on this. What could be the reason? Should we guess it's port blocking?

Anybody has a right answer?
