If you reside in Mumbai then yes, even I had the same problem.
My limit was 7Gb and it went to 11Gb without using. I contact them and they told me that you make a new account.
In the previous Account I had used 4Months so 2months = Rs.1000/- and they asked me to Renew it. I renewed it with Rs.2000/- for 6Months. and now its perfect.

If elsewhere, then please contact the headoffice and get it solved.

Yes i do reside in mumbai. I will try if they are ready to renew it at a lower cost. Because i still have 4 months to go for this.

If u want u can give my reference that A/c No. 195072 had did this way.....I pay you Rs.1000/- and you please renew it.
I stay in Kandivali West.

I got 512 Blast - Quaterly for 1770 and as per the brochure i got, It says unlimited usage is from 12 in the night to 7 in the morning. I stay in Kandivali-E mumbai. But as per the hathway site, It says free hours are from 11PM to 9AM.

Please assist, what needs to be done....

Its the same case with me also... During night, the speed dies and now i am hardly getting around 20 to 30 KBPS...
I usually download movies from direct links and its getting worst day by day

I have a similiar experience in Mumbai.... after 11 the d/l speed comes to max 40 - 50 and after 9.00 in morning it is around 80-90. U cannot check ur correct usage. They say its a prob with the 512 blast plan and it will be sorted in a day or two... and its been 2 months now since they said this. Also they give some bullsh*t reasons for non connectivity. I think Hathway should be boycotted. Even their cable connection sucks. Hathway is run by some illiterate chaps and should be taken over by some good management.

The current update is that they have given me a new IP and said that they will review the account after my dad spoke to a top boss in their company.

What is there to review i dont download anythiing in the day and only use it in the night still they SCAM.

Just came to know the fine print with this is that after 7GB they disable your connection night and day even if you have paid for 6 months.

Same thing has happened with me... i cannot even check my usage for nearly 2 months and when I call their cc they say it will be done in a day or two and thus I always tend to go over my allowance when I know that i only download during nights... i would like to join U if U want to approach the consumer court to file a case against these crooks .... Hathway guys are thugs.... if u want me to join u along with some other users of hathway who are facing the same problem do mail me on pinochhiowb@yahoo.co.in asap.
