Thread: hathway lagg

hello i live in mira road and i have Hatyway 512 Ul plan. i am a hardcore gamer
and i laag like hell in game and there is frequent disconnections. i have made a complain to the customer support they dont know anything. if there is a hatyway admin on this forum can u please help me out.

Make Sure The Cable wire of your hathway Net connect is Not Damage !

Re-install (connect) The wire to Modem !

i have done that a lot of time still not fixed.
i fixed the frequent disconnections tho the wire on my roof was loose but pings is still **** and i laag. but sum times at night after 12 it becomes better.
what else can i do?

hello ppl me a hardcore gamer too....i mean garena gamer.....@pinak i play dota 24x7 and 4rm last two months i m getting frquent disconnections....still the prob is not solved....is the problem solved 4 u....i have requested the head office to send an engineer to examine our area at the earliest.....

change your isp is the best advice i can give u. i had solved the frequent disconnection it was because of the rain the wire on the terrace became loose. to do that first figure out which is your wire and then follow it to a small connector type thing and make it tight. that should solve it. in the monsoons hathway is even worse. even if u slove the frequent disconnections, for fps games its still ****, it laggs a lot i dont know about dota i play call of duty 4.

@kushty but do u still get frequent disconnections? and thankx 4 ur advice i m going to use this had away 4 the next month and not gonna clear their bill and then change the isp.........and i will try to tight the wire to the connector...lets see if the problem gets solved....i ll surely inform u....anyways thankxx 4 ur help

I dont live in india anymore but when i was there i got rid of hathway and got reliance wimax which was not as good as a wired line, but better than hathway. i didnt have a option where i lived.
I had fixed the frequent disconnections from making the wire tight, but in the monsoons hathway use to go offline a lot. try to get airtel, reliance wired line or tata. if not then reliance wimax is also good for dota. my friend has reliance wimax and he plays dota and has no probs.
