Default Never go for Hathway Broadband unless it is the last option

I am using Hathway Broadband for both official as well as home use. The connectivity is horrible, you may never know when you will get disconnected. The customer care phone number does same things, you will get disconnected in the middle of something (may be doing purposefully). If you are fortunate to get connected, they will ask you to wait for 48 hours to get your problem resolved completely (anything can happen in 48 hours; even you might lose your valuable clients, which they don't care about).

I would suggest not to go for Hathway broadband in Pune unless until it is last option left in your area.

I just wanted to prove how careless they are, so that none can ask me questions.

Apart from all those CC calls, i had contacted Kothrud office (020 40158900), separately I called their main officers (so-called) Mr. Mandar, Mr. Pardeshi, Mr. Bhuwad, Mr. Bala Ramesh......what a wastage of money and time. If anyone wants to prove me wrong, please go ahead, I have all calls recorded.

This is just to alert people, no other intentions.

    Thanks and regards,

    Samir
