This is regarding the HATHWAY FRAUD AND CHEAT.......
MY A/C NO 675325.
I have taken POSTPAID CONNECTION FROM HATHWAY BY PAYING ADVANCE RENTAL OF 1650RS FOR 3 MONTHS .I WAS PROMISED A SPEED 512KBPS AND UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD ANYTIME,WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS!!!WELL HATHWAY ARE PERFECT CHEATERS...AFTER 10 DAYS MY SPEED WAS REDUCED AND I GOT A DOUBT AND CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO ASK....WELL THEY TOLD MY SPEED IS 256KBPS AND NOT 512KBPS....WELL I WAS NOT ONLY SHOCKED BUT SURPRISED HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN WHEN I HAVE PAID FOR 512KBPS....I GOT 2 KNOW THAT I WAS CHEATED BY HATHWAY...MY SPEED WAS 256KBPPS....WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY HAD TOLD 512KBPS ...THEY TOLD THAT I CROSSED USAGE LIMIT....BUT WHY WAS IT NOT MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF TAKING THE CONNECTION........????HATHWAY FRAUD COMPANY...
THAT WAS NOT ALL.....EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID 3 MONTHS RENTAL IN ADVANCE, I HAVE BEEN SENT A MAIL FOR RS 550 ...I WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND ANGUISHED....WELL CANT TOLERATE ANY MORE HARASSMENT BY HATHWAY.....WHEN I IGNORED THE AMOUNT, MY CONNECTION WAS DISCONNECTED FOR 7 DAYS.....WELL WHEN I PAID ADV RENTAL Y SHOULD I AGAIN PAY RENTAL????
NOW THE BIGGEST OF ALL.....MY CONNECTION IS DISCONNECTED CURRENTLY...WHEN I CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE, I AM TOLD THAT MINE IS A PRE-PAID CONNECTION AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THEIR CUSTOMER CARE WORKING AFTER 5 CLOCK??? I AM TOLD THAT MY VALIDITY IS OVER.....WELL HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN WHEN MINE IS A POST PAID CONNECTION...HATHWAY HAVE REACHED A GREATER MILESTONE IN FRAUD...BEST FRAUD AND CHEATER BROADBAND PROVIDER OF THE MILLENIUM.....
FOR EVEN A SMALL ISSUE THEY TAKE 2-3 DAYS OF TIME.....
WHO HAS GIVEN SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER LICENSE TO OPERATE WHO DONT HAVE INFRASTRUCTURE TO SUPPORT NOR CUSTOMER BASE....
HATHWAY SHOULD LEARN A LESSON THAT THEY CANT CHEAT AND GET AWAY...MY HONEST REQUEST TO U IS ATLEAST WE NEED TO STOP HATHWAY FROM CHEATING OTHERS....
