Thread: Hathway Broadband sucks

Please do not take hathway broadband as they are the worst isp since the past month i have been facing this problem of frequent disconnections but neither their dumb cc execs or the engineers can help the connection is down again as soon as the call to their cc ends

plzz dnt use Broadband word for this pathetic ISP--use HAD-AWAY Dialup

i too from same area. using hathway since last 4 years. for me service has been good but now due to FUP its crap.

do u know anything abt In 2 Cable broadband internet. are they good to try.

before i shifted to hathway i had in cable they provided god service except a few downtimes like once in a month or couple of months but their plans arent good

IN 2 Net have unlimited 512 Kbps at 552/- pm with installation free if u take for 6 months

I also faced frequent disconnection & plus speed became half after downloading so much.

Hathway has the worst fair usage policy.

no issues wid me....
