Rep Power: 3     |  PLEASE Dont Take Hathway Internet Connection Hi All I advise everyone not to take Hathway internet connection because the Connectivity, bandwidth, are very very slow and in most of the times there will not be any connection at all. calling to a customer care number is a waste of time because they dont attand the complaint. So PLease dont the hathway connection |

Rep Power: 3 | Lol-service varies from area to area I can understand your agony against hathway but i will not argue even i am a hathway customer.The thing is that any ISP,its service varies from city to city.Not only city to city but from one area to another area in the same city.Now hathway here is in my prime location and i get good service and on complaining they give me the due date to be fixed and it sometimes happens bcz of some hub problem or wire cut down,etc. Hathway runs good in my area,but in another area one of my acquaintance has a problem regarding hathway.so i hope u undst this fact.  |

Rep Power: 1 | And the most imp. thing is there Customer care calling is not free... Means if you call them your call charges start immediately and after 5-7 min they attends your call... |

| I agree with aprilsagar its service varies with area in my locality after calling the cc the hathway guys are at my place in 15 min and the problem is rectified within 30 min |

| It is true that Hathway customer care do not attend complaints properly. I exprience that they give connectivity between 3 pm to 11 pm. and all other times it remains unconnected.very bad service. |

|  Hathway is dirty service provider, its a cheat company!!!!! Yes it is right , don't take the hathway internet connection. So, bad service provider at all. 20 out of 30 days are internet connection is not responding properly. Bad customer service also. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hathway is highly overpriced and their service is pretty bad. I've been having problems with them for more than a month now and for some reason even the technicians and engineers aren't able to figure out where exactly the problem is. The Customer Care service is pretty useless and their office here in Chembur is a shithole. |

| Yup!!!!! man Hathway's conection is too slow.I m not happy with it!!!!!!!!i advise to all PLEAS DO NOT TAKE ANY PLAN OF HATHWAY'S INTERNET!!!!!!! |
