Thread: Sometimes hathway sucks

I have been led into some high faith that hathway responds immediately.But this time i am wrong.I got 3 days before some connection problem with hathway.The login and logout was perfectly all right but there was data transfer.Even google wont open a once.It used to happen any time of day and in early morning it would surely not work and sometimes late night as if they didnt allow me.I ran several times network diagnostic test in hathway client and it did show gateway not reachable,host un reachable,etc....

i contacted them and they gave promissionary notes and told me often to get my lan card check properly.They say its pinging all right from there side, a fault on my side.I requested them on 2-3 ph. nos to come here and check it what the fault was.I told them that i had recently shifetd my plan to 100 kbps unlimited so that i can use it any time i want but ur net sucks me.Once they told there engineer was eating and would come after eating and his eating never stopped i suppose.They even now staooped taking my calls.Its only few hours back its running fine.God knows it may come back to its original state.
What a hell service and false lies they say.
