Rep Power: 0  |  Upload Can anyone tell me whether Uploading any file will affect my Download limit or not. I mean I use 512 Kbps Blast Xtra 6 and have a Limit Download of 7Gb. Will Uploading Increase my Download Meter. Please I need to know. |
