The sales persons are very irresponsible. one hathway guy (Pandyan) came to me on 13-07-2007. and told me the packages all the things. and i paid Rs.1686/- he told me with in three days we will give connection.. now 10 days are over. no response from them.. even when i am calling, they are not lifting the mobiles. i am giving the mobile numbers of them. if any body wants a new connection.. please take necessary precautions before giving the money.. because first they will collect money afterwards they say it will take three more days to give the connections... when ever u call to hathway main number. hathway main number: 044-42261313 hathway guy1(Gopi): 9940072904 hathway guy2(pandyan):9884985981... so friends be careful..... all the best... |

| yes thats a good decision. Deciding on the basis of a sales person in any matter is not good at all. What will these guys have ? just some brochures and some info about plans thats all. Even anybody can get them and bluff you that he is from company and all the things. Its better that if you are interested in what the sales person told then goto their office and talk to senior officer and confirm everything sales person told. When you will be taking a new connection at that time even if you say you want to talk to senior officer then you will be allowed without any problem. So ask him and confirm, then give the application there only, Never to a sales person. |

Rep Power: 3 | i too didnt had any problem to get the connection with in time promised by the sales person or dealer who ever he may be, you can be cautious while making payments to them best way is issue a Cheque drawn in favor of Company that too A/C Payee this way you are not going to be duped....  it worked for me but it may not work for others so i am going with "Cant Say" |

| Platinum Member  | Closed the poll as it was not required. My own feedback has been mixed. I have some friends who are on Hathway in Pune. They complain about poor service but tell me that it works OK most of the time. But I would not go with them. |
