Thread: Hathway Account Problem.

My Package is 512 Blast Xtra 6 & When I log in into Hathway to check my account, it is not showing me the Present Day Download.It is showing me 2 days earlier Download.

Also before 2 days, I checked my account on 2am and it showed me 27Mb of the day and when in the morning I checked it showed me 340Mb of the same day and after that it isnt refreshing. Can anyone tell whats the problem.

Well,they wont show u any usage on moment after u have used at present.its.Just wait for few hours.Maybe they are doing something with servers.If not showing,then contact its office.

I checked at 2am when I was in Unlimited Hrs. and then when I checked in the morning at 8am still was in Unlimited hrs. How is it possible. Also, you see today is 19th. and still it is showing me 18/8/07 - 0Mb which is not possible and 19/8/07 is not avaliable even now.
