I have been regular customer of hathway Internet since last 4 years with user name- saurabhgohil. I have renewed my internet connection on 05.07.2011 from your Mktg. person (Mr. Paresh Patel-9099977691) who had promised me to resolve all previous problems (i.e. No Connectivity as well Link Up gradation etc.)
Since last 25 days, I have been facing error of No Connectivity (error 678) and have launched complaint with Hathway surat customer cell. The Maintenance person had approached me and changed the Cable but the switch was not replaced and promised me to come tomorrow for replacing the switch, till date switch has not been replaced in spite of several follow up with maintenance person (Mr. Krishna-9099977638). Due to some circumstances the modem installed in nearby area has been taken back (from I had been given connection) now because of modem non availability the hatchway is not able to provide me internet connection any more. So, request you to kindly refund my full amount of Rs. 4200/-.
I have submitted written application to M/s. Hathway, Surat on 24th sept. to Mr. Dharmesh Tailor and he has committed to refund the broadband charges.
Please do the needful.
