Hi Guys i recently connected to HATHWAY and i am using 512 Blast Quarterly Blast Plan.For me the connection was set up within a DAY and initially for 15-20 days the service was very good no interrupts.

My download speed form the beginning was consistently between 45-50 Kbps and when i am using torrents i am gettin speeds upto 65 Kbps .My problem is not
with the speed but for every month i hav a download limit of 1GB.I am in 3rd month of usage.

Recently my downloaded limit went up overnight form 2GB to 4.5GB and my net gt disconnected .

When i complained hathway customer service they said me that my package subscription is over and i need to renew my package.Still one month of subscription was remaining.

I asked them to look into my account details then they also confirmed that i hav one month of package left.Then they said that i exceede the download limit of 3GB and that is the reason my net gt Disconnected.
They said tat i downloaded 1.5 GB in one hour overnight and thats the reason my net gt DC.

I explained them that downloadin 1.5GB in 1 HR is impossible wth the speed im gettin .We can hardly download 100-125 MB in an hour .Then they said me that they hav registered my complaint and their Technical Team will get back to me .

Then they said that their main server was having some problem and thats why
my Account details were being displayed incorrectly .... and the same old answer "We hav registered my complaint and their Technical Team will get back .


Bt to my surprise no one turned out i made more than 30 calls to them through out the week bt the only response coming from them that
"We hav registered ur complaint SIRR and our so called Technical Team will look into the matter "SORRY FOR THE INCONVINEANCE"

Then finally after 2 weeks of waiting i got back my connection and that 2 its being activated temporarily and till now my download limit is showin the same old 4.5GB status bt it should hav been only 2 GB

Nevertheless this has been one of the most horrible experiance of my life and thats why i am requesting u guys to think over again before goin for HATHWAY

Now i am planning to switch over to BSNL ..................................
