    Default dont care customer care

    Some of my friends took hathway service inspite of me insisting to go for other subscribers. At the end of 2 months what was happened is here.

    One of the guys had no internet connnectivity and that was the problem facing for the 5th time in a span of 1 month. No proper response from the customer care.

    My other freind also had no problem of connectivity. It was already 3 days since he had reported. Then he himself found out the hung cable at the corner of his street and again reported to the customer care.

    The another had a very different experience. He did not pay his bills and his account activation got over. He did not recharge but he was able to use the net for another 2 months.

    This is the state of hathway.

    Angry One more added !!

    Pay the renewal money on the same day they ask for it !! Even if you make one day delay..their renewal application will go under upgradation...Then no one can help you...!!

    All you will get to hear is "Tomorrow...tomorrow..definetly tomorrow.."
