I am having this connection renewal problem with these guys for the past 20 days. I really don't know what is happening around with their renewal application, they always say they will do it tomorrow again tomorrow again tomorrow..."Tomorrow never dies" for them...
I have already made more than 50 calls to their customer support department and renewal department and no response from them other than the same thing. I am fed up to the core...I am planning to raise a case with the consumer court on these folks, but again where the heck is the time for all this...
I have been using Sify and Tata Indicom earlier, one good factor in them atleast I will reach them in 5th or the 6th call...These people, you got to keep redialling till your fingers pain just to hear "it will be done only tomorrow"...
They promise to have a 24*7 customer service, but no...you cannot reach them after even 7:00 PM. I kind of feel this is the worst level of customer service one could get...
I don't really know, even after getting the payment before 20 days, they still manage to tell the same old answer..."Will be done tomorrow.."
I lost my temper and shouted at them couple of times !! alas !! its like shouting in a deaf ears !!
Please people, don't go for hathway. If you still want to go, ask them to set up your modem, cables and systems 100% safe, because once you get a fault its equivalent to losing the entire connection..
