Rep Power: 0  |  Worst Customer Care Service Hi All, I recently took hathway internet connection last week in Hyderabad (Habsiguda Area)and had a problem that my service usage details are not showing up in my account on website. So when I tried calling customer care numbers(91-40-66989898) I am getting an continuous engage tone 24/7. I believe that customer care guys have placed the receiver off the phone. May be they are not interested in taking calls. Its really frustrating  about not knowing my usage details.So my suggestion if any looking for better customer service better not go for Hathway. |

Rep Power: 1 | I guess it varies from place to place. I live in Chennai and found the customer service to be excellent. I live in Anna Nagar part of chennai and the service personnel from hathway does a great job in rectifying the issues. |
