Rep Power: 0 | Hi All, I recently took hathway internet connection last week in Hyderabad (Habsiguda Area)and had a problem that my service usage details are not showing up in my account on website. So when I tried calling customer care numbers(91-40-66989898) I am getting an continuous engage tone 24/7. I believe that customer care guys have placed the receiver off the phone. May be they are not interested in taking calls. Its really frustrating So my suggestion if any looking for better customer service better not go for Hathway. |

Rep Power: 2 | I guess it varies from place to place. I live in Chennai and found the customer service to be excellent. I live in Anna Nagar part of chennai and the service personnel from hathway does a great job in rectifying the issues. |

| Hathway is caught in some political issues in Chennai. So it has become a nightmare. But the King of "Worst broadband customer service" in India is Reliance. No 2nd thought needed. 1. Reaching reliance customer care guys is become like once in lifetime achievement. They don't even have a constant phone VRU option to reach customer care representatives. The recorded voice will collect the details of account number and will disconnect you. That's it. Nothing will happen after that. Their Bill does not have the toll free number printed. Only the website has that number, if you are calling for internet not working...you need to call the paid number because the toll free is not printed. 2. The call will come from the Hindi walas after frequent & repeated complaints and they don't speak regional language or even proper english. My parents don't understand english & hindi and they will blink for sometime if the phone comes and the reliance guys just close the call cleverly stating customer is unaware of the problem. I also used Airtel & BSNL for few years. BSNL customer service is also bad but not as worst like reliance. Airtel is good. I am not sure about TATA, sify and others . .. Thanks Prasanna K S |
