Rep Power: 0  |  Hathway finally Hathway decided to change from their Static IP to Dynamic IP.  Strange they failed to mention it. I called them ..... SURPRISE, the call center guys have also become technical!!!!..They solved my problem and released my IP from their end. It is definately not 256k any more, speeds have dropped to about 20kbps now.  Went to this web site, to the feedback section. i typed a few words and clicked submit. The page does not work. There are no proper tariffs plans shown on their web site. They seem to be taken over by the Raheja Group!!! They have a lot of information about Directors and Teams, but ZERO about their services. It's Time they closed Down.. phew...................... |

Rep Power: 0 | Its not just Hathway, there's hardly any ISP in India that offers quality service to its customers. But no doubts that Hathway sucks when it comes to CC support or download speed |
