how much time does it take for them to have a change of plan done?i got my connection in 3 days,speed was always around 30 kBps on a 256 kbps one which is awesome,horrible upload speeds..but overall great service except customer care..now i went for a change of plan,how will i be informed about this change?via mail is it?please some1 can answer me ..thank you

by the way i am in bangalore near girinagar sita circle,service has been awesome here since i got the conncetion on december 10th,now how much time does it take for a plan change and how will they settle the charges?if i can understand their mail..then 10 days of this month will be charged as per 1118 rs per month 256ul plan and the rest ll be calculated as 512kbps at 562 per month plan isn't it?

please let me know about the timing and is it safe for me 2 keep downloading or rather wait for a confirmation and then download after 11..ryt now i am downloading taking it 2 be an ul plan as i requested fr a plan change 20 min ago....

i was told it ll require a change of ip and only afta putting that it ll work...hmmm..any1 has experience???
