Rep Power: 2  |  Hathway-change Of Plan how much time does it take for them to have a change of plan done?i got my connection in 3 days,speed was always around 30 kBps on a 256 kbps one which is awesome,horrible upload speeds..but overall great service except customer care..now i went for a change of plan,how will i be informed about this change?via mail is it?please some1 can answer me ..thank you |

Rep Power: 2 | by the way i am in bangalore near girinagar sita circle,service has been awesome here since i got the conncetion on december 10th,now how much time does it take for a plan change and how will they settle the charges?if i can understand their mail..then 10 days of this month will be charged as per 1118 rs per month 256ul plan and the rest ll be calculated as 512kbps at 562 per month plan isn't it?  |
