Thread: 256kpbs unlimited for 650 only

Today I saw the ad on the local cable channel about hathway offering 256kbps unlimited for just 650/-.What do u guys thibk will they really provide 256kbps speed since my past exprience with hathway was worst so I swithed to airtel and I am very happy with it.I think this offer for kandivli customers.

i just got the unlimited 650 plan..... its actually costs 730 with taxes.... no installation...no modem fees.... flawless conection.... consistent 31 KBps..... will keep testing over a month...and give another feedback

wen I gt hathway.....in december 2007...they charged 1118 with tax fr the same plan and 2500 initial charge...I have evdo nowadays..and live in an area wth extremely poor signal..of EVDO...although it's 2.4 mbps..I get atmost 1.3mbps and average around 600kbps.

well in my case speed was constant between 28-31 for three to four days............but for last 2 days I'm getting anything between 15-18.

feel like cheated

i have no idea about hathway... as i never used it... but now as i want to change my provider so may consider this aswell till the time airtel is not available in my area i need to use cable connection only...

DO NOT take up hathway.. hehe.. customer support is buggy n rugged, you will have a tough time working yrself up with those bunch of monkeys. Anyways, Im saying this coz I had disconnected their services last month with all formalities & i was still billed this time.. I wont be paying for wat ive not used, but in the past i have gone thro too much tough times with this ISP.
