Experienced...Hathway and Reliance... During my search to reach to the proper authority of HATHWAY Internet.....
Presently our office has provided us Reliance broadband 75 kbps.....my personal experience is very good with reliance broadband...average speed we get is about 60-70 kbps....Further I decided to have one at my residence, unfortunately in that area (Akota, Baroda) reliance does not have their cable network and advised me to have some other.
I contacted HATHWAY sales person, came to my office, assured best speed and collected amount for six month (Unlimited package 100kbps), completed installation at their comfort / convenience, (It is hard to get them on phone call simply NO ANSWER) If we call to Customer care (which is working now a days) for some problem according to them most of the speed problems are due to our PC only. To confirm I called our service eng and brought the same PC to our office and tried reliance...result was most satisfactory. Most of the time HATHWAY is not working...escaping from each complain. Tragedy is I need it at home after office hours It is not important to have more connection only but they should tape their weak points to improve their service instead of directing customers to some strange area. Always be a part of your customers progress and success…Graph of you progress will always go up.
For any service industry, escapism may not work for along period of time....I realize why we are always behind survival instead of progress.
I AM HERE NOT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HATHWAY (I can change over at any time with a small monitory loss only) but this company must have sound stand in the market of their segment.
