Rep Power: 3  |  Promises Unfulfilled Hathway has great packages in terms of speed and pricing, but at least here in Bangalore they have poor coverage of local areas. I have signed up twice for connectivity with promises of quick connectivity and after a few weeks they finally explained that the local cable operators where keeping them out of my area but they promised, this would be rectified in a few months. Now, over 1-1/2 years have passed with no resolution to this problem. Such a big company with a good name and reputation, unable to fulfill on its basic business promises sound unbelievable in this day and time. Only in India do we see such High tech services(Infrastructure, High Bandwidth) coupled with a low mentality (Service to their customers). |
