I am a user of Hathway Internet. This is just great. Cable Internet at its best. I am in the Night Bird Scheme (128kbps) which is from evening 8 to Morning 8 and and Sundays (24 Hours) and the download limit is 1 GB for a total of Rs.750. There are other schemes like the silver starter (which is 64kbps) and a download limit of 300 MB @ Rs.650, and the Silver Home (64kbps) 500 MB limit @ 1000 Per Month, as well as Silver Value of 1GB limit (128 kbps) @1500 p.m. All these are for 24 Hrs browsing. But I really preferred the Night scheme, as it suited my schedule. The Cable modem costs, which is also available in Rental / Installments :

Outright Purchase: Rs 3995/-

Rental:
Deposit: Rs.3,000/-(Refundable)
Monthly Rent: Rs.400/-

Installment
Cable Modem
2000 - Down Payment
450*5 -450 per month for 5 months.

All these packages came with 1 Email address (5MB) The corporate schemes are also availabe for offices.

The speed is excellent and even in the Night scheme ie offline time in the Mornings the Hathway.com site loads, I can check Email remotely from anywhere, check the Useage stats and some of the links in Hathway like Indya.com, Tarla Dalal Cooking etc works.
