Rep Power: 0 | The customer care is pathetic. The customer care staff will reply some gibberish just for the sake of saying something or replying. It is a wonderful match of a 'WILL' and 'SKILL' issues (they are not willing to solve the problem and also lack the skill to solve it as well) |
