The customer care is pathetic. The customer care staff will reply some gibberish just for the sake of saying something or replying.
It is a wonderful match of a 'WILL' and 'SKILL' issues (they are not willing to solve the problem and also lack the skill to solve it as well)
dude work one day in that comp then u come to know who is suffering.....customers or there innocence employees those who are in between of customers and there managers..........

Unbelievably bad.
They took over week between taking my money and connecting me, and only then after constant harassment.
They missed two appointments at my home, which I had to take time off work to attend, then finally rang me to say they'd be four hours late for the third attempt.
Two guys turned up, ripped out the cable they had installed for the previous tenant, buggered about for over 90 minutes and finally admitted they had not got a modem and couldn't do the job they had come to do.
The next day I had to miss work again for another guy to come with the modem and finally connect me.
Now after three days the connection has failed.
The 24/7 helpline connects me to a voicemail.
Idiots like this are keeping India in the dark ages. No progress is possible when we tolerate such shoddy service from companies who don't even pretend to adequacy.
If you have any choice at all, avoid Hathway. Stick to semaphore and smoke signals. You won't have an internet connection, but nor have I, and I'm 1600 rupees poorer.
Utterly disgusting distain for the customer, written lies about 24/7 service and presumably pretty stupid to put their falsehoods into print.

@pinak...r u using hathway still...coz it sucks big time 4rm last two months,i stay in same area kandivali charkop..frequent disconnections dats wat the major issue is...and the epic fail cc and engineers are not supportive at all
PROMISE and delivery is very opposite words for HATHWAY, there sales team comprises so great Ravi never lift call and if lifted not answer, blooddy liars and should not be in buisness any more close this compnay and become beggers we will pay yo 100 rs now if u bag us HATHWAY means CHEATERS
