Well your lucky to have so many parks around your house, least you don't have any excuse for exercise, i would love to have at least one park near my house, its good to do walking outside in an open space!

ANYWAYS..I THINK THAT DOC MUST BE MORE INTO RELATED TO ASTHMATICS AND PPL ALLERGIC TO SOME POLUTANTS. AS THOUGH FOR LAMEN THINKING.. IT DOESNT MAKE MUCH DIFFERENCE IN HEALTH ... BUT YES.. POLLUTUTION DOES..
FOR JOGGING,,, BEACHES, GARDENS, HEALTH CENTRES ARE MORE PREFERRED. BASICALLY ANY PLACE ANYONE CAN JOG WHERE THERE IS MIMIMAL POLLUTION, LESS OF TRAFFFIC AND MORE OF GREENARY.
P S I GO FOR JOGGING. EVERY EVENING. MORINING NOW SUMMER STARTED. EVEN I GET UP AT 7 I FEEL ITS VERY LATE. AND SCORCHING HEAT.. SO MORNIGN I DONT GO. OTHERWISE I USED TO GO TWICE. NOW STILL TRYING TO GET UP EARLY AS WANNA AGAIN START TWO TIMES A DAY!!!:48:
