Walking works for me a lot. But I like to try a threadmill. I think it's cool. Someday I'll buy a threadmill for home use.![]()

I like to buy a threadmill soon too. There are a lot of threadmills on local stores nationwide.

Threadmill, you actually took what Admin said seriously, he was making a joke out of it. I think you haven't realized that you have typed thread (strong) mill and not treadmill!![]()
I love cycling whether its on the exercise bike or outdoor cycling, but i prefer to use an actual cycle, as it uses more strength and you get a good feeling when cycling. I think this is one of the best exercise and and i can do this exercise for a long time as compared to other forms of exercise!

walking n jogging is my best exercise now a days... weight lifting i do it.. periodically..

for me best exercise is joggin in morning and after that just some pulls up at home which keeps my body fit![]()
I would love to be the person who absolutely loves to workout, but i have got to admit its not a favorite activity of mine. I think the problem is that i get bored very quickly, especially if its a repeated thing, unless i have a partner with whom i can do either jogging or aerobics with!
But i do love playing sports, as its fun and also keeps you fit!
I like a variety, but I'd rather work out at a gym. I have alot of fun in group exercise classes. I also need other people around to help me stay motivated. It's sometimes hard to stay committed when you have to work full-time. It's definitely worth the effort, though.
Swimming is what I like to keep me fit... Else cycling...
btw, I was a cycle race champ during my +2 days...
