For those who can not really stick to a total juice diet they can have fruits or as mentioned milk, but they wont lose as much weight and there will be no detox.

But remember if you have just fruit juices it wont help as they are not as filling as veg juices.

ya i agree with preeti and this milk idea is good for those only who just want to tone and shape up body a bit, it helps a lot to gain charm on skin as you drink lot of water during juice diet and it can prvent lot many upset stomach problem too.. like people who don't feel like to eat much or those who eat very little food they can go for it peacefully and it helps a lot

The idea of taking only juices is dangerous. Juices do not contain roughage. Juices do not contain as much protein as one should have. And, most fruit juices contain loads of (natural) sugar. Make it a fruit and vegetable only diet, if you will, but not juice diet, and throw in some protein as well (soyabean?)!!

well, I highly doubt it has any juice component in it ;-),
but you have juicy flavours like banana, strawberry, melon etc...

plus it has these tapioca pearls in it. that's what the lady
is drinking in that picture.

i forgot to post about something i tried on this thread and its about the juice diet itself, i thought i would try it for 3 days to detox, i couldn't even last a whole day! And i got to admit it takes some courage to go through with this, so well done to Dia, will truly applaud her when i see her next!

Aren't 5 glasses too many? I drink 1 glass of warm nimbu-paani every day. Sometimes I add honey and cinnamon powder to it also.

Also I have half a teaspoon of kasuri methi (fenugreek) seeds soaked in water overnight.

For all who wish to diet, vegetable clear soups are excellent choice. Corn soup is not because it contains lot of starch.
