I let you into something about Dia today shes going to friends house for a get together and yes she hasn't done the juice diet today and yes shes loving the eating, but i know from 2maro she will continue, which leaves her 12 days!
:lol:... That means that she'll regain the weight she lost yesterday... Now its getting more interesting... 12 Kgs in 12 days! I feel like being part of a reality show...eh...![]()
Well she did her exercise today and i don think she will eat as much, so hopefully should be the same as today! However if she did not exercise today then she may have gained it back!
I can see that Preeti has mentioned the fact that i went out yesterday and yes i did eat, but i didn't have anything after 8pm and did a bit of walking. This morning i woke up did some exercise and i am the same weight as i was day before yesterday, so i have still lost my 1kg, but will do an hours walking today to make sure i lose a little bit more to compensate for yesterday!

The only thing that has changed is the weight amount to be lost which is not 12kg now but instead 10kg, but lets see what happens!
Well done girl, keep it up and don't give into eating food and make sure you do your hour exercise today!

Ok Dia did do her exercise this evening but it was only for 30mins but it was fast walking!
But i cooked some food and she gave into it, but not a lot she had half a small bowl of sabji with 1/4 of a bowl of curd! So wasn't too bad, at least she didn't have any carbs!
I know its not easy, especially when the other person in the house eats! But she is trying and its getting easier for her by the day so hopefully 2maro should be a full juice day!
Yeah... Brisk walking does a lot of good things... besides losing weight, it builds stamina & stronger legs...
Poor girl is having a tough time.. I can understand...
Her problem is she can go without the food during the day, but at soon as the evening strikes she feels like attacking the food, any suggestions to help you fight this situation!
Tell the other person in the house to eat out for couple of days... She'll develop resistance in that period...
But if theres more than one person in the house how can all of them go out and eat, something more practical!

Well not much of a difference today but i lost another 0.5kg, but better than nothing and taken into consideration that i did eat day before yesterday and had a bit of sabji and curd yesterday. Todays day so far so good, fingers crossed!
LovelyMe the point is that she doesn't have any solid foods and as shes on the juice diet,which provides her with the adequate amount of vitamins and minerals, so shes not losing out on anything. Its just the fact that she cant chew something just drink juice!
We have to take into mind that she wants to lose weight and the maximum in the minimum time span, so thats why this method is being taken!
ya she need to stop eating anything and just need to stick with juice only and if not juice can drink some fresh lime in morning that can also help to loose weight
