Thumbs up Losing 12kg

Well my current mission is to lose weight and yes i only have 2 weeks (until 18th October). My friend Preeti who is also on this forum suggested the juice diet which sounds good to me. Along with this im doing one hour of walking and along with this trying to do some aerobic exercise too...........wish me luck!

By the way i have 12 kg to lose in 2 weeks!

12 kilos in 2 weeks? Are you trying to kill yourself? Maybe if you don't eat three meals a day you can reach your goal. Well, my only advice is that you should take lots of exercises.

And a low carbo diet can help a lot.

Dia try to go for juice diet... means only drink only and avoide eating for few days, you can drink juice in day time and can start up you day with a glass full of cold milk and do mind need to drink cold milk only not the hot

BTW: what is your weight

With the juice diet its actually possible to lose that much, the juice which is drunk provides enough nutrients and vitamins, as its not only fruit juice but also vegetable juice, and added to this she is also going to do exercise so to add up that weight loss is possible and its not exactly killing because you having between 32 to 64 oz of juice a day.

Because its a juice diet, which consists of raw fruits and vegetables, if you have milk your body will not detox properly, but if you want milk thats your choice, and you will not loose as much weight as your supposed to. But if you don't mind that then its entirely your own decision to drink milk but otherwise its not recommended.

yeh thats only if you want to detox and lose more weight, if you want to just lose a few llbs and not detox then milk is fine!

i am already very slim so really don't want to loose weight i go on diet just to keep my digestive system fine...

Ok well i have officially started my juice diet today so hope to last on this until 17th October, will update on my weight loss 2maro, fingers crossed should have lost some weight!

lets see, but generally with me when i lose weight i lose it fast and when i put on weight i put it on fast. I have also updated my ticker, and my actual weight was 0.5 higher, so thats why its coming up as 11.5kg to go, so initial weight to lose wasn't 12kg but 12.5kg.

Although i have to admit i kind of gave in and had some food, but it was something light i had dal with curd and thats it. Hopefully wont do that again.
