All you need to do is get into a habbit of regular exercise in my opinion.
20 mins of aerobics every day will help you maintain your weight and get in shape real quick. Cut down on fried stuff and anything oily ... Put a stop on junk food.

I agree with what Admin has written, do exercise at least 20mins a day or for 1 hour three times a week. It can be anything you want, jogging, walking, aerobics, swimming.

Even yoga is very effective, there are certain yoga postures to help you lose weight from certain parts of the body and you will find there are lots which can help you reduce fat around your stomach.

Crunches are also very good to reduce the fat around your stomach, lie flat on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor. Now bring your head and shoulders towards your knees. Do this as many times as you can, say 50 in the morning and 50 at night this will help too!

Also as Admin mentioned cut out the fried and high calorie food too!

I agree with admin and preeti both for diet thing and to cut down extra oily things but 20 mins exercise is not good.. it should be atleast 1 hour, i am not talking about heavy exercise or anything but you can go out for a walk for 30mins in morning or evening.. otherwise if you really don't like to walk on roads or parks then can get a exercise cycle at home which you can ride anytime

Try sit- ups, it works for the waist.
Start with small numbers and increase it ....
in two weeks the change will be visible.
maybe you ll get a six pack that way too

To lose fat from belly you need to start doing some cardio exercises like running or bike riding 3-4 times a week for 30-60 minutes. You need to support that with low fat diet and you should see results pretty fast.

You need a low fat diet, plenty of cardio excersies and do some ab crunches too. This will all help, but don't expext to see results straight away. It takes time.

Why? What's with oily foods? How can they make us fat?
