    I was denied a bottle of beer at Nirulas in Delhi when I was 18... Legal age for drinking in Delhi was 25...

    oh no the first time i drank was at 19, then i dint drink again, then started at 20, then quit at 21.

    if you drink beer without any excercising , it will give you beer belly ... but drinking beer with proper workout / excercises is recommended by many gym instructors ... i used to to go gym 2-3 years ago .... i heard this from my instructor there ...

    what would the reason be for 'recommending' drinking beer????

    i am not recommending drinking beer ... i just said that its a way of gaining weight if complemented with proper excercising

    Hehehehehe... first person i am seeing who says i want to gain weight...
    If so then just eat as much fast food as you can. try out eating stuffs like idli, dosa & utappa... those kind of food really helps to gain weight.

    i am also not saying that this is a proven fact ... it was once said to me by my gym instructor ... that drinking beer with proper excercising helps gain wait and proper toning of the body.

    Apart from all those physical excercises and diet, one important factor that i think is a relaxed and cool mind.

    Make the habit of reading something for at least one and a half hour. In my case it works very well. Probably because mental works like reading consume up the energy much faster. After reading something seriously for a while I just feel like to eat just anything in front.

    On the contrary after some physical exercise my appetite just vanishes.
