Thanks for this Ramesh its really helpful to read about the foods, the exercises needed to be done and the calories burned and the 10 vital tips to take in mind everyday which im sure make a huge difference! Your the Mr Helpful guy on this forum, as you always provide useful and helpful information to us all!
I am not the type to exercise everyday, but I do walk eeryday when I am going to work. And I don't usually skip meals unless I woke up late in the morning. I guess I have to print this out and try to follow some of the tips. thank you for the very nice information.

Great tips! Thanks for sharing it here. I have been doing most of them, more or less, except point number one. I often skip breakfast cause I usually go to bed late and wake up late as well. I so often skip it to the point that I don't feel hungry in the morning.
Daily early in the morning you can do exercises. Always eat fresh fruits and green vegetables that are currently available in-season.Daily drink fruit juice. It is very helpful for health.Daily eat heavy breakfast. Daily eat vitamin food it helps to keep healthy health.

You have done a wonderful job with the 10 points.
we all know but we dont follow unless we get sick.
you reminding us is great.
Your tabular column of activty and calorie spent was great.
But after 10.30 pm -milk- you left an important 7 min to 30 min activity !!!!! which burns calories, removes depression and ,make people feel good.
well if not every day.
Depends on your age and how long you are maried.
Iam assuming we are all adults here.

I do agree Mods will object to my pointing this important omission in the daily/bi-weekly/weekly calorie burning activity .
kids ( 13-18 yrs) do come here for internet problems and advice. They do indulge in ........
But correct me if Iam wrong -if this subject should be discussed atleast in passing ref when it comes to Adult health!![]()
Basics tips to improve health :-
1. Regular exercise
2. Don't take oily food
3. Drink milk only
