    Breakfast - methi pranthas
    Lunch - sandwich and fruits
    Dinner - gobi and chapatti

    Mondays Food:

    Breakfast - milkshake
    Lunch - hashbrown with omlette and bread
    Dinner - dal and roti

    I have heard that black tea (or tea with less milk) reduces chances of heart problems
