Today i woke up late too at 1pm, got up did the usual stuff and had oats, and then tea with some biscuits!

At dinner planning to have some besan curry with either rice or roti, with some mixed green sabji (fresh methi, corriander, palak)

oh forgot to add im currently having some tomato soup!

    -------------------------------------------------------------

instead of the roti, i had chicken which i cooked in a little oil, with some salad and the soup!

i would like to have my dinner before 7pm, and cut out carbs after 4, but this doesnt seem to be working at the moment!

I had special Bihari breakfast which we have only on Makar Sankranti... Chura(Poha)- curd with Jaggery(mixed instead of sugar) and couple of Jalebis... There were til ka laddoos & tilkut(I brought them from Patna)...

For lunch, I had Mutton Biryani at blue nile(Irani cuisine specialist), MG Road... It was awesome... Had a glass of pineapple juice in evening...

Now skipping dinner... Will have milk...

I have switched to the dhum biriyani style. previously we let
the rice cook with the other ingredients, but now I prepare them
separately and then bake it in the oven so it's more authentic.

    i dont know leo?

I think when you say roti, there are different varieties such as butter naan, plain naan, misi roti, chappati. And chappati is the normal what we have at our homes. Well i think this it is, i may be wrong!

Today havent had much food, had a just over medium portion of palak, bathu, methi sabji with some curd and literally a spoon of rice. And some tea!

Had another cup of tea, with 2 biscuits, some nakeen! And also a few raisins and kashews! (as in 4 or 5)

Normally at home roti means chapati... but when u go in a restaurant... and order for a roti... they will give u tandoori roti made by maida flour...

but when u order for a chapati that means normal wheat flour roti made on tawa... just like we prepare it at home... but at times some restaurants make chapatis using maida only... and some don't serve chapatis at all...

had milk in the morning... now going to have lunch... rice-daal, bottle-gourd ki sabji...
