This is my normal day food habit.
to add to my today's list, i also have some rice, with vegetables and some more salad raita!
Yet i feel that i have had too much too eat!
about 20 cream-cracker biscuits with tomato-chilli sauce at 7am, then went to sleep.
woke up at 5pm and went out with a friend and had a chicken-roll and sprite.
returned home at 8pm and had some mixed soup. at 11pm had supper of rice/sabji/dal-potato fry/egg curry. thats about it.
everyone has such yummy food apart from me!![]()

3.30pm : some egg-prawn chow at a friend's place.
today had a large boiled potato, with some beans and grated salad on top
had 2 cups of tea![]()
No, i had it around 11am, then went to sleep at 3pm, and woke up like an hour ago! My sleeping patterns are a bit weird at the moment, therefore the way i write my food diary is going to be different too!
I had maggie and egg-fry for breakfast... 8 puris & fried cripy ladyfingers for lunch with little guava jelly ofcorse...
Had paneer chilli-milli(hot indian dish) at a restaurant with daal tadka & 4 chapatis...
whats paneer chilli-milli, or is it the same as chilli paneer?
no.. its different from paneer chilli... its like paneer kadhaai but with lots of green chillis...
oh ok, sounds yum, hope its not too heavy though!
I went to Agra once, and we went to Brijwasi restaurant, and my god the food was so heavy, you could hardly eat more than 3 spoons of anything! The food was nice, but too heavy!
Sometimes people make paneer dishes quite heavy too, that's why im asking!
paneer chilli-milli is moderately heavy as almost all paneer items are... but if u consume loads of water cuz of the chillis in it, then certainly u can't eat much... its hot & spicey... I avoided the gravey, but my gf relished it...
maybe she kept herself hungry, thats why!
its a good point actually if you know your going to have a heavy dinner, try keeping yourself hungry!
Ive noticed that when your really hungry you enjoy any food much more.
yeah... she had very less food whole day..
thats right... hungrier u r... luckier the cook/chef in getting praises...![]()
Yesterday
breakfast: Coffee and Oatmeal
lunch: rice and a little meat
evening snack: peas and corn stir fry.
dinner: rice with fish curry
not as heavy as two days back.
