about 20 cream-cracker biscuits with tomato-chilli sauce at 7am, then went to sleep.
woke up at 5pm and went out with a friend and had a chicken-roll and sprite.
returned home at 8pm and had some mixed soup. at 11pm had supper of rice/sabji/dal-potato fry/egg curry. thats about it.

No, i had it around 11am, then went to sleep at 3pm, and woke up like an hour ago! My sleeping patterns are a bit weird at the moment, therefore the way i write my food diary is going to be different too!

oh ok, sounds yum, hope its not too heavy though!

I went to Agra once, and we went to Brijwasi restaurant, and my god the food was so heavy, you could hardly eat more than 3 spoons of anything! The food was nice, but too heavy!

Sometimes people make paneer dishes quite heavy too, that's why im asking!

paneer chilli-milli is moderately heavy as almost all paneer items are... but if u consume loads of water cuz of the chillis in it, then certainly u can't eat much... its hot & spicey... I avoided the gravey, but my gf relished it...

maybe she kept herself hungry, thats why!

its a good point actually if you know your going to have a heavy dinner, try keeping yourself hungry!

Ive noticed that when your really hungry you enjoy any food much more.
