Thanks to this thread, today in the morning, I went to dentist for a regular check, he did some cleaning here and there, I am really feeling good now. I think we should all make it mandatory for ourself that we have to visit dentist once in every six months

Good work manish.. U should visit dentist every six months... For general check up.. Good going.. I feel very nice.. Atleast one user is motivated and conscious abt personal oral hygiene.

thanks doccie, actually when I was a kid, I met with an accident, due to which the lower teeth are not in proper line, due to which i can't brush there properly, result tatar, so today i get those cleaned, my doc adviced me to use PYX-G regularly, what do you say?

well thts basically a gum paint right??let me know the composition or little detail.. as like all drugs trade names are different according to companies... as u said your lower teeth slightly malaligned.. right?? because of tht calculus is more prone to get accumulated over there.. causing subsequent changes in gingiva... its definately good for it......

Basically that's a toothpaste,he advice me to use it daily as any other normal toothpaste I don't have the composition now but let you know later.

god just look at where this thread has gone to, hardly any posts about teeth care!!!

although it is good to get a regular check up, but how can you tell which is a good doc to go to!

Sorry, for hijacking ur thread... That wasn't my intention...

Normally, I enquire from my friends & relatives when I've to see a doc/dentist... I also ask the patients waiting in the queue about their reviews(Thankfully a reasonably good doc's/dentist's clinic is always filled with patients) before entering doctor's cabin...

For example, before my surgery I took review from atleast 35-40 known-unknown persons about that particular doctor who operated on my ankle... Around 70% of them had gone under his knife... And astonishingly he has 100% success rate... Not a single person said anything negative... Everyone was happy with their bone... I'm happy too...

When I returned to Pune, I had little allergy on the skin... I asked J4X about a good doc here... He referred me to his family doc(general physician) who then referred me to a good dermatologist...
