Its true, im sure many people like me read this thread, but do not reply as there is no much to reply to unless there is a query or something to add on to the tip of the day!
They cant keep replying by thanks, as thats just silly, if they have mentioned it once then its ok!

The thread is really good Kiran! Keep it up!

    Asthma

This is a sort of a disease / disorder of the lungs where it functions properly but when we dont really need it.

Asthma is caused by the congestion in lungs, this is due to the excess of mucus secreted by the mucus membrane on the lungs. This may occur due to many reasons, Ex: If you are allergic to dust then when even a little amount of dust enters the lungs then soon in return for protection, lungs start to secrete more and more mucus which in return suffocates itself.

Diagnosis : If somebody is feeling trouble in breathing, then just sit beside them and hear the breathing sound if there is any sort of sound like whistling when they breath then it may be asthma, better consult your Dr soon.

Usual Age of attack : There is no specific age, it can come at any age.

Tips : Babies exposed to tobacco smoke are more likely to get asthma. If a woman is exposed to tobacco smoke during pregnancy, her baby may also be more likely to get asthma. Try to avoid identify why and when does this happen, then avoid it. If you are going in public and a fog of smoke comes just hold your breadth and dont breath, go out of that fog and then breath. Our body easily can survive without breathing even for minutes, if not practiced atleast 30 sec.

    Not directly,

See in human body everything has a limit anything which goes above the normal WILL lead to one or the other problem, but testosterone will not affect the immune system directly.

    Do interval strength training exercise.

Aerobic exercise is great for burning calories but it isn't the metabolism booster that weight training is. However, if you use this type of exercise with interval training, you can burn calories big time and definitely get that metabolism going. Exercise at regular capacity for 2 minutes, then add 30 second burst where you go as hard as you can. This will really give you a huge boost and your metabolism will keep going long after this workout is over.

    Walking / Jogging

Many people go for a walk or jogging in the morning with the intention to loose weight. The reason they dont loose it because of the method they do it.

Walking for people below 40 yrs : Its better if you jog but if you cant then while walking dont walk slowly, you should walk briskly that is you have to cover 1 km in 8-10 min max and at the end you should get sweat, take rest for 5 min then again come back with the same speed. This will help in burning calories but not slow walking for 10 kms

Walking for people above 40 yrs : You can walk slowly but not like wandering in a shopping complex, you have to cover 1 km in 18-20 min if you can complete that within that time its well and good, but dont take stress and walk.

Dont talk while walking that will decrease the oxygen level being supplied to the muscles and you will loose energy and feel weak, so you cannot complete the distance in the specified time.
