Avoid Hair fall and reduce dandruff

To aviod dandruff the main thing you have to do is apply sufficient Coconut OIL. Which we dont do regularly saying its messy, dont look good etc so,

Just slightly warm the normal coconut oil and and apply to the scalp and massage it with finger tips (not nails) for 15 min regularly at night and sleep, when you get up in the morning you can have the shampoo and wash and after washing just apply very little oil to hair so that they move very freely and look shiny this way your scalp gets oil also and your hair will be free during daytime also.

n i m scared of needles....n its paining soo badly now... he tried taking it from my wrist than n i cant even wear my watch ....
what near the wrist ? idiotic fellow should never try to draw blood from that area.
ok Vein missing is not your fault its his fault who is drawing the blood. He couldnt find the proper vein to draw and when he just guessed and pricked he might have missed the vein.

Vein is like a small thin tube and when drawing the blood just need to put the needle in it and suck the blood but what happens sometimes is they miss to puncture the vein properly and next sometimes they puncture it properly but they go too deep and the needle passes the tube and go down so again blood wont come

Yes that elbow area, he should take from there only, from Anticuboital vein. Hey now if its getting sewlling just apply pressure where he punctured and if possible get ice on it. Apply pressure for 5 min soon and dont hold your arm tight just leave it loose and apply pressure at that hole.

That swelling is due to Internal bleeding. Apply pressure there for 5 min and stop the bleeding first. That sweeling will go by evening

sometimes it is difficult to find a vein right? I am not implying
anything about Aashaka, but if the arm is sort of fatty then
the veins wont show up easily, but an experienced
blood technician should be able to do it. I've never heard of
    drawing blood from the wrists.

Good luck and hope you feel better.

and for the next few days wear the watch on the other hand ;-)

yes for fatty persons its a bit difficult, but the years of medical practice has proved that even if a person is fat his anticuboital vein can be found easily.
you can find your own. Just hold your biceps tightly and look at your cuboital position where your arm will fold you can see a light green colourd vein there, it is the anticuboital vein

see you found it. Its so simple, now the tech has to just pierce that vein for almost 2-3 mm and draw blood, its so simple and yet most of them fail to do it

yea he should not be doing it but why they do is, if they have missed the vein just by mm's then there is no need to prick again he can get it from there only so they try it but thats the most dangerous thing. If they know what they are doing then its ok but some starters do this and damage other internal parts.

Apply ice to the swelling and it will reduce slowly. Is the swelling still increasing or stoped ?

on in that case you will be just finger pricking the left hand ring finger and taking a drop of blood thats all. For testing it new instruments you dont need veinal blood just pereferal bllod is enough

Yes, these testing devices have come a long way. many years back
my dad had to prick his fingers and squeeze till a couple of drops of
blood come. It does sting a lot (Yes I have tried it and measured my
sugar). The one he currently has can be used anywhere in the body
and it takes very little blood, you can hardly see it.

I hope one day there will be a device you don't have to prick,
just sense on top of the skin and tell the sugar level.

you are having really a tough day then, yes dear that pain will be there for some time may be till evening, if you apply ice then will go soon.
Now when you are about to go, take care that he doesnt bore holes in that too, cant say or do anythng but if its a hi-tech lab then there will be many persons working so go to some experienced one.

By the way what test are priscribed to get done ?
