One more doubt KK, is it true that significant part of our energy is spent for producing BODY HEAT. If thats the case, why does it not stop producing it in summer....

yes its true. The body needs vital temp to work so good amount of energy is spent for it.

In summer also it needs to maintain as in night the temp will be less and day will be more, but body(every internal part also) needs exact 37.2*C to work properly. So it wont stop in summber but compared to winter in summer less heat is generated.

Suddenly a question popped into my mind. why this 37.5
why not 25 or 45? How did humans evolve with this
    particular body temperature?

Yes, humans evolve with the perticular temperature, when in mothers woumb also the temperature is maintained constantly 37.2.

It is maintained at that itself because for our body's normal functions and good health we need some bacteria's to help us. These bacteria's are good to survive and function at 37 only if it comes below 35 they die of cold and if it goes to 40 they die of heat. So body has adopted for 37

    Skin infections

Skin infections can occur by many means, but the most common one is fungus infection. When ever you feel too itchy at the same place for more than 3 times in 5 min then there may be an infection so just wash the area with soap and keep it as dry as possible. If still in continues then consult your Doctor.

Yes but in allergies your total body skin will be itchy not just a perticular area.
As i have mentioned it can be of various reasons.. in common i said it about fungus one thats all.

^ nahi yaar...see someone in my family is allergic to Tomatoes. They feel itchy when cutting them. So they feel itchy only on their fingers, palms and wrists.

As i said it, if you feel itchy then wash that area with soap and dry it.
Now as of treatment : They need to get an allergy test done, after that can treat them. There is nothing like it cant be cured, it can be but first we need the exact reason why it is happening then can treat them.

Finger streaching problem (specially for computer related people)

This problem is found regularly in the people who work all day on the PC where in they have to type a lot of codes and will get only limited stretching of the fingers, if this is continued for a long period of time then the person may start to loose the ability to stretch his fingers properly.

To avoid this problem once in 30 min just make a tight fist and hold it for 10 sec then stretch the fingers and hold it for 10 sec. Do this for 2-3 times and if possile wash with cold water.

    Health Task Lists

Just like brushing your teeth, healthy habits should be cultivated on a daily basis. The following is a guide to daily tasks:

    1. Activity should be a daily occurrence. Walk, run or jump for a minimum total of 20 minutes a day.

    2. Protect your skin. Sun block should be applied on face, neck, arms and hands even in the dead of winter. It protects against climatic toxins too. Moisturize skin daily.

    3. Eat fruits, vegetables, grains, low-fat dairy products and small amounts of protein. Avoid sweets and other processed foods.

    4. Meditate or spend a minimum of five minutes daily in quiet time.

    5. Find your spiritual self. Discover what inspires you, raises your level of consciousness, motivates you, and satisfies your soul.

    6. Exercise your brain. Read, study, solve problems, and learn new skills. As does the body, the brain atrophies with lack of use.
