Rep Power: 1 | Some useful eye care tips for you. 1. Give a break to your eyes every 20 minutes this will help improve your productivity too. 2. While writing with the right hand, ensure light is on the left side so that the shadow does not fall on the writing material. 3. Keep away from lamps that produce heat. 4. Use an umbrella or sunglasses to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. |

Rep Power: 1 | hey thx for your responses. Some other useful eye care tips for you ........ 1) Make a conscious effort to blink more frequently. 2) If necessary, use eye drops 3 to 4 times a day to lubricate the eye; however, it is best to consult your ophthalmologist before putting any medicine on the eye. 3) Eat lots of spinach, leeks, blueberries (and fish) because all contain properties known to keep eyes healthy. |

Rep Power: 1 | Hey thx for your tips ...... one mare eye care tips is: Get a good night sleep to avoid sore and puffy eyes. Tired eyes can be rejuvenated by placing slices of cucumber or cold tea bags over the eye area for 10 minutes, providing a refreshing pick-me up. |

Rep Power: 2 | I am a great fan of using cucumber on my eyes at the end of a tiring day. I also have an eye cooler. You just leaqve it in the fridge and use it to cool your eyes down. It works just like cucmber, but with less mess and food waste! |

Rep Power: 2 | I was reading an article yesterday about CVS / Computer Vision Syndrome which is something that you get from looking at a computer screen for a long time. With this syndrome you get blurred vision and itchy, dry eyes. The solution to it was simple; Just let your eyes wander from time to time and let them focus on something else for a short period of time. |
