hi every one,
my sister is studying 10th, 17yrs old with -3.25 eye sight...doctor has adviced her to go for laser surgery..after 10th board exam,..is there any remedy to regain her eye sight by natural ways.,any grandma's tips...to live without contact lens and glasses..:48:

now i'm speechless...

I had a lazy eye when I was younger and I was given exercises to do to help it. I had to hold a pen upright about 18 inches away from my face and slowly bring it towards my nose. The aim was to stop myself from seeing two pens. As the pen got closer and the exercise got more difficult, I had to focus really hard to keep my visual picture of one pen. The ultimate aim would have been to get the pen all the way to my nose and "cross my eyes" but I never quite managed this.
Do this exercise about three or four times a day for five minutes a time - don't do too much in one go or you will get a terrible headache. Little and often is the key. It should help your lazy eye. However, when you next get your sight tested you should ask your optician to check it out as rarely it can be a sign of something more serious.

is there any significant improvement in eye sight after doing that exe over a period of time.?

Well mister sridhar gurunath bituufg is right many eye specialist asks u to do some eye exercise and they do help. I know cos I had +1.25 eye sight and doc gave me the same exercise and asked me to wear specs as much as i can. I never enjoyed wearing specs but once i slept with my lens so next day my eyes got soar and red. wore specs for 2 years but tried avoiding it as much as I can and did the exercise daily. Since 2002 never wore specs again.

well somehow i dont love specs or gogs

well i use Specs From 5 years

Keep it useing if doc is advicing you, dont stop it or the cost of your specs will reduce

now his number will be less so he has to give order and get the specs done so will cost more, later when his number increases no need of order just take a soda bottle break it and take the base specs is ready in less than 10 rs

I have also -3.00 power in that age doctor said (now -3.75) that time doctor said to me don't need to lesser surgery.
No without contact lens and glasses power will increase more quickly.
