bad breath can be really embarrassing if you going thru this problem and i believe you must do something about it ASAP. Check with your doctor. I know many people who just let go of it n let others suffer due to them.
what do others have to say about it?

Bad breath is usually because of bad digestion but some people suffer all the time.

People with bad breath should try drinking lot of water as the first step.

bad breath is usually a trivial complaint, often caused by curry, garlic, alcohol or cigarettes. It normally gets cured by sensible eating habits and proper oral hygiene, unless off course, if its cause is an illness like gum infection, diabetes, uremia, liver failure etc.
The worst thing is that most of the times, you rarely know that you have bad breath...
people who are suffering thru this problem please know the do's & donts and get rid of it...it kind off is really embarrassing .

Curry, garlic, cigarette, etc. will result in temporary bad breath only. Some people have perenial bad breath, minus all of these reasons.

Raw mint (pudina) in meals can help.

how about just brushing your teeth more often?

or using listerine or a strong mouth wash?

maybe go to your local dentist and get your teeth checked to make sure it's not some infection causing the stink.

and carry breath mints all the time.

One of the major reason I know as the cause of bad breath is deposition of foreign particle on your tongue, making your tongue look white with a spreaded layer over it. Make it a habbit of using tongue cleaner after brushing your teeths.

In most of the cases bad breath is due to digestive problems and to avoide it best way is to drink a lot of water and if still there is no help then better is to contact dentist as it may be due to cavity problem or root decay.

Good Beer can also help you to overcome bad breath

Agree! 85 % dirt in our mouth is on the tongue. Cleaning your tongue will make so much different. Also, I experience that eating vegetarian food can help much, especially if you don't eat garlic and onion (most vegetarians don't eat garlic and onion).

Bad breath usually indicates a stomache problem or a upset stomache. Drink lots of water at first to try dilute the situation a little.
