as you said you are 4-5 KG over weight that mean you are 80-81 KG it is not so much high.
1.You can eat what ever you want just maintain the balance.You can eat Biriyani,chiken or Burger but not too much.
2.If you do daily physical exercise you will not be a fat person but still if you become more overweight in near future then consult with doctor or even physiotherapist some time few person has the tendency of extra fat.

good luck. I too am on a diet (sort of, not too strict) I am reducing
rice and increasing exercise. my doctor has ordered me to lose
20 pounds in the next 3 months.
I used to play basketball regularly but a few months back I
hurt my foot and got plantar fasciities and stopped playing.
I am planning to start playing soon.

I've tried lemon tea with honey... But that was for 2-3 weeks.. Does that work?
