| @gothic_coder as you said you are 4-5 KG over weight that mean you are 80-81 KG it is not so much high. 1.You can eat what ever you want just maintain the balance.You can eat Biriyani,chiken or Burger but not too much. 2.If you do daily physical exercise you will not be a fat person but still if you become more overweight in near future then consult with doctor or even physiotherapist some time few person has the tendency of extra fat. |
