    here is the USEPA advisory of 2004
    What You Need to Know about Mercury in Fish and Shellfish | Fish Advisories | US EPA

    As can be seen, bigger fishes, and particularly sea fishes and shell fishes, are more risky. however, normally bengalis eat smaller fishes and mostly fresh water fishes.

    so nothing to worry mickey.

    Thats what i am trying to tell them... we bengalies dont eat bigger fishes like Boal(i dont know how its known in english) etc. these bigger fishes are problems for body.

    Yes i've seen so many bengaali friend who cannot live without rice.. and almost 60% of them are fit.. May be bengalis metabolism is meant to eat RICE

    5' 8 is enough for boys.. 6 and half is kinda lamboo..

    Well 6 feet is good height and with that much height you can easily carry off a bit of weight. Avoid rice its more starchy and it has some intoxicating stuff which makes you feel drousy after dinner or lunch which is again bad for health and you tend to get weight easily.

    I dot on rice but whenever i feel i am gaining few ounces i just leave and eat what i hate most and thats Roti :-|

    tell me I hardly eat roti in a day, in lunch & dinner I eat Rice.Probably sometimes I eat roti in breakfast.
    My weight is 58 KG around in height 5 feet 6 inch is it overweight ?
