I've tried lemon tea with honey... But that was for 2-3 weeks.. Does that work?

i eat rice twice (cause bengali)
i eat rice flakes (cause bengali)
i eat rice fish(cause bengali)

but still i am fit..

only the new people are going into it.. that was the stuff our forefathers eating from late ancient times...

but on the side note never to mix meat types like chicken, mutton, fish ...

What You Need to Know about Mercury in Fish and Shellfish | Fish Advisories | US EPA

As can be seen, bigger fishes, and particularly sea fishes and shell fishes, are more risky. however, normally bengalis eat smaller fishes and mostly fresh water fishes.

Thats what i am trying to tell them... we bengalies dont eat bigger fishes like Boal(i dont know how its known in english) etc. these bigger fishes are problems for body.

Yes i've seen so many bengaali friend who cannot live without rice.. and almost 60% of them are fit.. May be bengalis metabolism is meant to eat RICE
