Let me tell you that i was very active in sports in my school and college days(Played 7 nationals in swimming and 2 nationals in lawn tennis) and i was very fit and in good shape..But now because of work and weird working hours i gained 4-5 kg of extra weight according to BMI index (Thanks to Sandwiches, Coffee, Pizzas, Burgers).. But now I've decided to work out in serious manner, I joined the gym last week and working out regularly..
I don't have any questions regarding how to work out and what should be ratio of weight training and Cardio or specific exercise for specific parts of body.. I guess i know these stuffs.. What i don't know is what to eat and what not.. Again some of you suggest that don't take rice, potatoes, oily food, burgers etc.... I'm foodie and i cannot switch to salads kind of things for whole day (Not this quick)..
So i'm expecting some experienced members to contribute here and help me and others by giving their valuable suggestion regarding this
