I eat green vegetables, Not much of fast food fan, But whwenever we go out, we usually end up eating stuff like burger, Pizza, Fried chicken, chole bhature etc.. And i guess controlling that time is big deal.. Normally i eat healthy food only...
Also this 4-5 Kgs more fat is consistent for last 2 years, I mean my weight should be 76 Kgs and for the last 2 years it's dangling between 80-81... No matter how bad i eat junk food..
