    You are right. The way to looosing weight is simple, but people seem to find it so difficult to do. I suppose motivation does play a huge part as well as having time to exercise.

    I want to get more exercise into my daily routine, but with two children and work committments, life just seems to be getting in the way!

    Important advice for those who are losing weight and are drinking a lot of water. Drink a lot of water, yes. But that does not necessarily mean that you should not eat enough food and rather just drink and drink water. That would cause diarrhea which is something I'm sure you wouldn't want to happen.

    Thanks for the great info. I just want to add, those who want to lose weight should get enough sleep. The recent researches revealed that the lack of sleep will gain you weight.

    Lack of sleep will make you gain weight? Weird, because from what I know its the opposite. That if you do not have enough sleep, you'll lose weight because that usually brings stress and that if you always sleep, you'll probably gain weight because the metabolism of your body is slower.

    I think that not only calories are important but also other things about food. First of all most of people eat usually 3 meals a day but when you want to loose weight you should eat 4-5 smaller meals. This causes that your matebolism increases and your system burns more calories even if you don't increase your phisical activity. It is also very important what kind of food do you eat. General speaking food consist of three kinds of component: protein, carbohydrates and fat. When you want to loose your weight you should eat more food which contain a lot of proteins. First of all proteins have less calories than fat and carbohydrates. Proteins have a similar number of calories to carbohydrates but your system use more calories to digest proteins than to digest carbohydrates. The last reason you should eat more proteins when you want to loose your weight is that proteins is worst kind of component of food for your system to change it into fat when you eat to many calories. It is easier for your system to change into fat food which consist more carbohydrates or fat than food which consist mostly proteins. The one more thing about proteins which helps to loose weight is that proteins reduce your appetite. You man wonder what kind of food include a lot of proteins. You can find many tables on the web about it but I can tell you some. Food which include a lot of proteins is for example: most kind of meat, chicken, beef, pork and any other kind of meat which has a little of fat, fishes, dairy, farm cheese, soya, bean, pease.
