Rep Power: 2 | I have really bad posture and want to know how I can correct it. I have really bad upper back pain today from sitting at the computer for too long. Can anyone give me some tips on how to improve my posture? Thanks in advance. |

Rep Power: 1 | That's great info, thanks Andrea. Another option is yoga. Certains yoga postures like dhanurasana, paschimothasana and bujangasana will make your back supple and correct your postures if practiced regularly in a sufficient span time. |
